Essential Functions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve established targets and company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physician liaisons, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure alignment including regular report outs of progress to goals.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee CRM and reporting tools to ensure accurate sales tracking and pipeline management.
- Meet regularly with direct reports to discuss progress towards goals, initiatives, expectations, and professional development.
- Field shadowing of team members to ensure effective sales tactics and behaviors.
- Responsible for the hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of physician liaisons to maintain a high-performance environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field and/or 4 years’ experience in healthcare sales.
- Must live in a key market of their assigned territory.
