Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the Central region
- Drive regional revenue goals and ensure pipeline health across various accounts
- Engage in audience-based sales conversations leveraging first-party data
- Sell across the company Ads' comprehensive product suite including programmatic and video
- Collaborate with platform teams to increase programmatic revenue
- Execute account planning and maintain accurate pipeline management using Salesforce
- Focus on measurement-based sales, linking audience data to client outcomes
Qualifications
- 12+ years in digital media sales, including 6+ years in management or leadership roles
- Strong understanding of audience-based selling and first-party data
- Proven experience in CTV and video sales within the buying landscape
- Proficient in programmatic sales, including PMPs and trading desk relationships
- Measurement literacy related to brand lift and attribution methodologies
- Established connections with agencies and clients in the Central market
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas and team performance
Pay
$190,000 – $215,000 annually
