About the role

The role is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills with clients and team members
  • Identify and address client needs proactively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
