Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy and execution — driving revenue across group, leisure, and business transient segments while overseeing catering sales and partnerships.
- Play an instrumental role in positioning The Seahaus Hotel as Atlantic City’s premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
- Build strong community relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Lead dynamic, high-energy sales initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Create and execute sales plans that drive occupancy, ADR, and market share.
- Showcase The Seahaus through compelling storytelling and brand collaboration.
- Celebrate the thrill of conversion and the satisfaction of sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably in full-service or lifestyle properties.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Adept with industry tools and systems, with experience in CRM and sales platforms (Hilton, Marriott, or independent systems a plus).
