About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Sales who can sell sunshine, sell San Diego, sell 671 rooms, and somehow keep all of us organized while doing it. Town and Country Resort is looking for a Director of Sales to lead the charge in driving revenue, developing strategic accounts, winning group business, and keeping our competitors wondering how we keep getting the good stuff. This is not a “sit in an office and wait for the phone to ring” kind of job.
