Responsibilities Attract new sales talent to the teamCoach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goalsDevelop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issuesCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership trainingBecome an expert on PLACE TechnologyParticipate in PLACE Leadership Development programEngage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clientsMaintain existing and create new campaignsOversee negotiations for all contractsEnsure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads Qualifications You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales.
