About the role
This role is for someone who wants to lead a team of Sales Professionals in an innovative automotive retail model. The focus is on developing people and protecting the standard, rather than closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Daily one-on-ones with every Sales Professional on your team
- Script rehearsal to ensure natural, not memorized, presentations
- Teaching your team to prospect, set appointments, and build a real book of business
- Helping your team maintain consistent appointment setting, follow-up habits, and a healthy pipeline
- Stepping in to provide guidance when needed and teaching your team what was done and why
- Daily adherence to the SVG Phoenix Process
- Partnering with the SVG War Room to present figures and options across all SVG inventory
- Ensuring inventory standards, pricing discipline, and vehicle presentation quality
- Maintaining facility standards that reflect your leadership
- Coaching your team towards elite protection product penetration and strong per-vehicle performance
- Hitting Chevrolet sales objectives and pursuing the highest possible Chevrolet Customer Experience scores
- Maintaining healthy inventory turnover across your lot
- Tracking individual rep metrics and identifying areas for coaching and accountability
Requirements
Automotive experience is preferred but not required. What is non-negotiable is your commitment to the SVG Phoenix Process and your belief that the people in your building are worth your best every single day.
Benefits
Base: $78,000/year
Performance bonus tied to your team's results — penetration, F&I average, close rate, customer experience scores
Target total earnings: $150,000–$200,000
