What You’ll Do
- Own and drive all sales efforts for both hotels, including corporate, group, and local business segments
- Actively prospect, solicit, and secure new business through direct outreach, networking, and brand channels
- Respond to and manage incoming leads (Cvent, MeetingBroker, direct inquiries, etc.)
- Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and secure deposits and payment details
- Partner with the brand revenue leader to align on pricing strategy, inventory management, and demand optimization
- Analyze market trends, pace, and performance to adjust sales strategies and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with on-property teams to ensure seamless execution from booking through departure
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property tours
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and forecasting in brand systems (Delphi, etc.)
- Participate in leadership discussions to drive performance, accountability, and innovation

What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel sales experience (Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager preferred)
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with an understanding of revenue management principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment
