About the role
The Director of Sales plays a crucial role in improving the lives of seniors by managing and growing occupancy in Provincial Senior Living communities through effective sales strategies and community tours.
Responsibilities
- Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore new living options.
- Conduct community tours and host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy.
- Create a Business Development plan to educate professionals about the community and services offered.
- Meet and exceed Move In goals to grow occupancy in the community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare sales.
- Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Expert at discovering prospects' sales motivations and needs.
- Quick and strategic thinker with the ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to close sales both in-person and over the phone.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and goal achievement.
- Professional and polished demeanor that inspires confidence and trust.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using sales CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.

Pay
$85,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
