Responsibilities
- Arrange for new sales talent to join the team.
- Coach and train all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of mortgage financing, neighborhood details, school information, and all aspects of homeownership.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in regular trainings, and attend PLACE Leadership Development programs.
- Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement relevant systems.
- Continuously improve as a real estate sales professional through active prospecting and client consultations.
- Maintain and expand existing campaigns while overseeing contract negotiations.
- Ensure sales professionals effectively utilize database capabilities and leads.
Qualifications
- Natural leader with a proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Exceptional at building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passionate about learning and personal growth.
- Expertise in building and leading a team.
- Currently holds a real estate license.
- At least 5 years of industry and sales experience.
- Preferred 3 years of leadership experience.
