About the role
The Capital Suites Hotel is an independent franchisee of Concert Hospitality, which operates separately from Marriott International, Inc. As a Director of Sales, you will be employed by the franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Crafting a service and delivery experience that stimulates all five senses.
- Driving purposeful, results-oriented sales strategies alongside your hotel team.
- Maximizing Hilton’s powerful programs to amplify exposure and performance.
- Turning leads into loyal partnerships and booking the win.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles in a similar sized operation.
- Persuasive communication skills, inspiring confidence in both internal teams and external partners.
- A competitive spirit and a clear focus on exceeding goals.
- Well-versed in Marriott tools and systems and other Marriott Sales programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree helpful or a minimum of two to five years’ experience in sales and marketing roles in a similar sized operation preferred.
- No licenses or certificates required.
Benefits
- $110,000 - $130,000 salary range.

Schedule
- Nightly shift work may be required.
