Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic sales leadership across assigned markets by driving revenue performance and developing Sales Associates into high performers and future leaders.
- Community Positioning – Guide strategy on product, price, promotion and people. Stay ahead of trends through consistent reviews of the prospect funnel and engage fully in strategy for marketing messaging with Marketing Managers.
- Oversee the recruiting strategy to hire in advance of need.
- Field Coaching Requirement: Spend a minimum of 3 times per month in the community with each Sales Counselor to oversee community positioning, model excellence, and talent development.
KPIs (What a Good Job Looks Like)
- Achieving Sales Plan: 100% achievement of division gross margin goals and net sales performance goals.
- Community Strategy: 100% successful community launches by achieving the launch goals.
- Operational Excellence: 100% completion of CMAs and Quarterly Business Plans with actionable items to improve pace/margin.
- Team Growth: Maintain bench strength through active Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and recruiting efforts.
Customer Satisfaction
Achieve 95% on survey sales questions.
Education Requirements
- Broker's license is preferred, and a realtor license is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
