Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage recruitment of new sales talent.
• Coach and mentor all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
• Stay updated on mortgage financing, neighborhood details, school information, and all aspects of homeownership.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in weekly trainings, attend PLACE Leadership Development program, and engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting.
• Grow expertise using PLACE Technology and continue to develop as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and client engagement.
• Maintain and expand sales campaigns, oversee contract negotiations, and utilize database capabilities.
• Lead and develop a team, focusing on accountability-based leadership and fostering a positive work environment.

• Natural leader with a proven track record of success in real estate sales.
• Passionate about coaching and mentoring others to achieve their goals.
• Ability to attract and retain talent within the organization.
• Proven history of leadership with 3+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build and lead a team.
• Real estate license with 5+ years of industry and sales experience.
