Director of Sales
Responsibilities
- Lead generate for talent
- Arrange and conduct interviews for potential hires
- Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
- Maintain existing and create new campaigns
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Conduct team meetings, stand-ups and trainings
- Become an expert on Brivity Technology
Qualifications
- Natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales
- Passionate about helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring
- Ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learns quickly and can build and lead a team
- Real estate license
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
