Responsibilities
- Arrange for new sales personnel to join the team.
- Coach and train all sales professionals, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge about mortgage financing, neighborhood details, schools, and all aspects of homeownership.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, participate in regular trainings, attend PLACE Leadership Development programs, and engage in Talent Attraction Consulting.
- Stay updated on PLACE Technology and its capabilities, and utilize these tools effectively.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, as well as develop new ones.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure sales professionals are utilizing database capabilities and leads efficiently.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license for qualification.
- Natural leadership with a proven track record in real estate sales.
- Passionate about coaching and mentoring others to achieve their goals.
- Experience in attracting talent to high-growth opportunities.
- Proven ability to drive teams towards goal achievement through accountability-based leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Experience leading a team, preferably in a real estate sales environment.
- At least 3 years of full-time real estate sales experience.
- 5+ years of overall industry and sales experience.
- Prior leadership experience is a plus.
