Sales Director Salary: $130,000-$150,000 DOE + Bonus Plan About The Role Behavior Frontiers is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team, strengthen physician referral partnerships, and accelerate business growth. We're looking for an exceptional leader with a proven ability to drive high conversion rates, inspire team performance, and deliver consistent results. The ideal candidate brings a confident, steady executive presence, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to represent Behavior Frontiers and its leadership team with professionalism and credibility. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers across multiple marketsDrive referral growth, improve lead-to-client conversion rates, and consistently exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians and key healthcare referral partnersEstablish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and resultsAnalyze sales data, pipeline performance, and conversion trends to identify opportunities for improvementPartner with Intake, Marketing, Clinical, and executive leadership to support business growthRepresent Behavior Frontiers with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgmentProvide consistent leadership, strategic direction, and solutions in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 10+ years of healthcare sales experience, including 5+ years in leadershipProven track record of exceeding sales targets and improving conversion ratesExceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skillsStrong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesExperience managing geographically dispersed sales teamsAnalytical, commercially minded, and highly accountableExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpotBachelor's degree required; master's preferred Why Join Behavior Frontiers?
