Director of Sales
Responsibilities
- Arrive new sales talent to the team
- Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, Partner Calls, and leadership training
- Become an expert on PLACE Technology
- Engage in PLACE Leadership Development program
- Participate in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
- Maintain existing and create new campaigns
- Oversee negotiations for all contracts
- Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads

- Natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring
- Ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learner-focused
- Able to build and lead a team
- Real estate license
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
