Director of Risk Adjustment & Quality Record Retrieval

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote workforce of 300 associates
• Oversee end-to-end medical record retrieval operations
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovation
• Implement change strategies across a distributed workforce
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders to align priorities
• Foster a culture of compliance and risk management
• Promote a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-stakes operations
• 3+ years managing large-scale operational processes
• Proven success in dynamic business environments
• Expertise in process improvement through data-driven insights
• Strong communication skills, especially with senior leadership
• Ability to make rapid decisions based on data analysis
• Experience fostering collaboration within a matrixed organization
