Director of RevOps

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the operational framework for Customer Success and Partner Operations
• Design and implement scalable systems to reduce manual work across various operational processes
• Support sales operations with pipeline hygiene and forecasting improvements
• Create and maintain infrastructure for partner onboarding and performance tracking
• Build analytical tools to empower leaders across the business with self-serve reporting
• Conduct impactful analyses that drive operational changes
• Ensure systems capture necessary data for process evaluation

Requirements

• 10+ years in operational roles at SaaS companies
• 5+ years supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and/or Renewals teams
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable business systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Experience running analyses that informed process and systems changes
• Hands-on use of AI to enhance systems work and analytics
• Ability to demonstrate measurable business impact from operational work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
