Accountabilities
- Own the operational foundation supporting revenue growth across customer-facing teams.
- Design scalable systems, improve processes, leverage data insights, and apply AI-driven solutions to help teams operate more efficiently and make informed decisions.
- Build analytical frameworks that identify churn risks, expansion opportunities, services performance, customer trends, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain partner operations infrastructure, including onboarding, deal registration, co-selling processes, partner performance reporting, certifications, and program measurement.
- Support sales operations through pipeline management, forecasting processes, CRM improvements, and operational insights for sales leadership.
- Design durable systems and workflows that reduce unnecessary manual effort while creating long-term operational value.
- Evaluate automation opportunities by assessing business impact, scalability, and return on investment.
- Use AI tools to accelerate systems development, process improvements, reporting, and operational analysis.
- Build AI-powered tools and self-service reporting capabilities that allow leaders across the organization to access insights quickly.
- Translate operational data into clear recommendations, business cases, and strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Experienced revenue operations professional with a strong background in SaaS environments, business systems, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, taking ownership of complex operational challenges while using technology and AI to maximize impact.
- 10+ years of experience in operational roles within SaaS or technology companies.
- 5+ years supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Renewals, or similar post-sale functions.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar business operations tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics and reporting to influence process improvements and business decisions.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations principles, including customer lifecycle management, forecasting, pipeline processes, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience using AI tools to enhance systems work, analytics, automation, or internal tool development.
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across global, cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
