Director of Revenue Operations

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis across business units
• Collaborate on annual planning, quota setting, and go-to-market strategies
• Provide data-driven insights on pricing, customer LTV, and margin for executive decisions
• Optimize sales processes and enforce best practices in Salesforce
• Create and manage dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking
• Build robust systems for tracking government relations activities like a sales pipeline
• Ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance for revenue activities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations leadership
• Proven track record in building RevOps strategies and processes in fast-growing, multi-business environments
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce and commercial tech stack including BI tools and automation platforms
• Knowledge of data structures and SQL, capable of coding or managing engineering resources for custom tools
• Preferred background in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sectors

Pay

$230,000 – $260,000 annually
