The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Director of Nursing is accountable for the medical leadership and oversight, collaborative administration, and clinical direction of the Residential Nursing Department. Responsibilities

• Complete medical assessments and education
• Ensure nursing procedures are operationalized
• Provide administrative support
• Lead a positive change management culture
• Teach
• Engage with clients
• Coordinate care
• Maintain interdepartmental relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
• Five years of relevant experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
