Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA required, health related or aging concentration preferred.
- Masters in a Health related field preferred.
- Music Therapist or Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), Certified Activities Professional (CAP) preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
General Responsibilities
The primary function of this position is to manage the daily operations of the Independent Living Community, focusing on resident relations, services and policy development to assure resident satisfaction and quality of care and services.
The Director is responsible for assisting the VP/Executive Director in the overall operations of the Independent Living Community in accordance with the mission and strategic plan of LSMNJ.
