Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with residence owners, anticipating their needs and creating personalized, memorable experiences.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Hotel and Residences, ensuring seamless communication of events, services, and updates.
  • Oversee the physical condition of the property, ensuring all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and amenities meet Four Seasons standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.
  • Lead and manage the residences team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to HOA agreements, property policies, and Four Seasons operating standards.
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and control expenses.
  • Coordinate smooth resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and day-to-day service requests.
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, and service-driven work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations or residential property management.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for service excellence.
  • Solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards and residential operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
