About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing educational programs and services, or advancing non-profit initiatives, focusing on strategic planning, curriculum development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative educational programs and services
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance curricula and teaching methods
• Engage with the community to promote educational opportunities and support student success
• Conduct research and analysis to inform program improvements and strategic planning
• Oversee program evaluation and assessment to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in higher education or non-profit administration
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of best practices in educational programming and non-profit management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
