About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Healthcare on primary research initiatives
  • Generate timely and relevant content ideas for US institutional investors
  • Lead and moderate expert interviews with healthcare professionals and industry leaders
  • Prepare for interviews by analyzing relevant public and private financial data
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in creating impactful corporate content
  • Develop client engagement strategies to enhance Insights content usage
  • Train junior analysts on market analysis and investment research methodologies
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to highlight actionable client content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degrees like MBA or PhD preferred
  • 15+ years of investment research experience in Medtech, Life Sciences Tools, or Healthcare Services
  • Experience in therapeutics, medtech, or related research is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and moderate expert interviews
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources
  • Proven experience in team management and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Familiar with research methodologies and investment principles

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
