Director of Rehabilitation (PTA)
About the role
As the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you’ll oversee a vibrant rehab department that provides PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. Your leadership will shape the success of both your team and our residents’ recovery journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Coordinate and supervise all rehab services to ensure top-quality care
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams for optimal resident care
Requirements
- Licensed PT/PTA/OT/SLP (Required)
- Minimum 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a SNF/LTC setting

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
