Director of Rehabilitation - PT
This is a Perm Position. 40 hours 5 days a week Weekend rotation 72 bed nursing home, offers long term care, short term care, respite care and memory care unit. Adult to geriatric patient population.

The facility accepts both Medicaid and Medicare, ensuring accessibility for a broad range of residents in need of comprehensive long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and professional care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans
- Document all care provided in the electronic health record system
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- Experience working with adult to geriatric patients preferred
