About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively to maintain alignment and support team morale.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards relevant to project management.
