Director of Rehab/DOR (PTA/COTA)

About the role

HealthMark Rehabilitation is an in-house therapy company serving the skilled nursing facility patients and residents of HMG facilities. We are seeking a Director of Rehab with a PTA or COTA credential to evaluate and treat residents and short‑term patients at our Park Manor of Tomball facility in Tomball, TX (250 School St, Tomball, TX 77375).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents and short‑term patients
• Therapy team management
• Interdisciplinary engagement
• Case management
• Therapy program development

Qualifications

• PTA or COTA degree from an accredited therapy program
• Current Texas PTA/COTA license in good standing
• Meet physical requirements to deliver therapy responsibilities
• Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting is required
• Successful completion of hiring process / background check
