About the role
Concept Rehab is hiring a Director of Rehab (DOR) to oversee clinical operations, compliance, and team performance. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance
- Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance
- Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)
- Manage departmental resources and reporting
- Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence
Requirements
- Licensed PT, PTA, COTA, OTR, or SLP (required)
- Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred
- Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
