We are currently offering a $9,000 Sign-On-Bonus for this position.Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The DOR must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP) with four or more years of experience, including two or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.DOR Responsibilities:The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and administration of the facility’s rehabilitation department. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services in accordance with federal and state regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
