About the Role

The Director of Rehab Services will lead and manage our rehabilitation department, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director will provide strategic direction, establish goals and objectives, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the rehabilitation department, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services to patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on achieving optimal outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and supervise rehabilitation staff, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee department operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and supply management.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting on patient outcomes and department performance.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring open and effective communication.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Applicable therapy discipline (COTA, PTA, PT, OT, SLP) and licensed in the state of Florida.
