Director of Rehab - Full Time

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree acceptable where applicable.
• Active state license required to start.
• Proven leadership experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Experience developing and implementing clinical programs and therapy strategies across disciplines.
• Demonstrated competence in evaluating patient care, clinical documentation standards, and quality improvement processes.
• Familiarity with scheduling and operational coordination for outpatient therapy services.
• Flexible scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, orient, and train therapy staff and support personnel.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to PT, OT, and SLP staff.
• Develop evidence-based therapy programs tailored to outpatient populations.
• Oversee clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and billing communication with administrative teams.
• Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize clinic workflows to enhance access and efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure continuity of care.
