Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you lead a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients recover. You provide direct patient care, support your team, and ensure high standards of rehabilitation services. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading rehab services in your facility
• Supporting your team by providing direct patient care
• Mentoring and growing your clinical team
• Designing, implementing, and executing programs to enhance patient abilities
• Adapting to the needs of your team, patients, and settings
• Putting patients first while supporting your clinical team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to make independent decisions and problem-solve appropriately
• Knowledge of all state practice acts
• Able to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
• Able to effectively manage and motivate staff

Pay

USD $83,200.00 - USD $114,400.00 /Hr.
