Director of Rehab

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor).
• Effectively communicate with the management team including other Directors and Regional managers.
• Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered to ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the clinical management of the rehab department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
• Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development and support of all staff and contract labor.
• Provide excellent customer service to customer (location) team, provide reports, and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation facility.

Experience managing a team of therapists and assistants.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and evidence-based care delivery standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
