Director of Rehab

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee rehabilitation services at one of our service locations, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. You will be part of a growing team focused on patient-specific treatments and positive outcomes, with a strong emphasis on professional development and support for your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor.
• Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
• Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered adheres to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and achieving positive outcomes.
• Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
• Provide excellent customer service to the location team, clients, and families, including delivering reports and developing programs tailored to the patient population.
