With over four decades of trusted service, we deliver personalized care in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead a team of clinicians, oversee all rehab services, provide direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rehabilitation services in your facility.
• Provide direct patient care and support your clinical team.
• Mentor and grow your clinical team while addressing patient needs.
• Design, implement, and execute programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient abilities.
• Collaborate with others and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need.
• Adapt to the needs of your team and patients while maintaining high standards.
• Support, grow, and mentor your clinical team while prioritizing patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts.
• Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $32.76 - USD $42.82 per hour, plus a USD $10,000.00 bonus.
