Job Description Seeking a Director of Rehab (DOR) to lead the therapy in-house team at Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab in Wadley, GA! Must have recent SNF experience and preferred DOR experience. Open to all disciplines: PT, OT, PTA, COTA & SLP The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for managing and supervising the rehabilitation department to meet resident needs. The DOR will achieve specific patient care, employee relations, customer service, and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff.
