Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Director of Regulatory and Quality to join our team. You will partner with field staff and leadership to ensure high-quality care, survey readiness, and compliance with regulatory standards. We are a 20-year industry leader committed to supporting our employees' career paths.Microsoft Office SuiteLeadershipPerformance ManagementStrategic PlanningClinical DocumentationRegulatory ComplianceQuality AssuranceHome Health OperationsResponsibilitiesMonitor and plan for improvement in value-based purchasing measures (patient satisfaction, rehospitalization, clinical outcomes).Ensure survey-readiness and develop plans of correction to meet regulatory, accreditation, and licensure requirements.Direct and manage team members for survey preparation and quality initiatives.Respond to performance metric exceptions including clinical outcomes, audit results, and compliance directives.Serve as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee and/or Governing body.Establish service committees to facilitate program objectives.Participate in compliance and policy review committees.Assemble patient information and participate in referral source and payer networks.Respond to escalations from CMS or state inquiries regarding patient care.QualificationsLicensed healthcare professional (RN, PT, ST, or OT) with current, active, and good-standing licensure.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or a comparable healthcare setting.Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Strong business and operational management knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.BenefitsUp to 22 paid holiday and personal days off in year one.Company funded pension.DailyPay: Access your money when you want it.Industry-leading 360 You™ benefits program.Company paid emotional health and wellness support for you and your family.Adoption assistance.Access to Ramsey SmartDollar.
