Director of Regulatory & Quality

Responsibilities

• Monitor and plan for improvement in value-based purchasing measures (patient satisfaction, rehospitalization, clinical outcomes).
• Ensure survey-readiness and develop plans of correction to meet regulatory, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
• Direct and manage team members for survey preparation and quality initiatives.
• Respond to performance metric exceptions including clinical outcomes, audit results, and compliance directives.
• Serve as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee and/or Governing body.
• Establish service committees to facilitate program objectives.
• Participate in compliance and policy review committees.
• Assemble patient information and participate in referral source and payer networks.
• Respond to escalations from CMS or state inquiries regarding patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed healthcare professional (RN, PT, ST, or OT) with current, active, and good-standing licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or a comparable healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong business and operational management knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.

Pay

Up to 22 paid holiday and personal days off in year one.
