About the role

Clairity is seeking a Communications & Media Associate to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the VP of Market Access, this high-visibility role involves shaping how Clairity communicates with the world across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Write, publish, and maintain content across websites, press releases, and social media channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media outlets and journalists, cultivating and owning long-term relationships that drive consistent, high-impact coverage.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all external communications.
  • Capture and amplify real-time opportunities into high-impact content across channels.
  • Ensure our brand narrative is accurately and compellingly represented across earned media channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • High ownership mentality; you follow through without being asked twice.
  • Fast-moving, curious, and highly responsive to emerging opportunities.
  • Strong judgment; you quickly learn what matters and what doesn’t.
  • High standards, strong internal drive, and ability to sustain performance over time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content optimization.
  • Experience with PR tools and media monitoring platforms.
  • Background in science communication or technical writing.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience and capability)
