Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership to UWMC Radiation Oncology programs
- Develop and maintain strategic plans aligned with the Radiation Oncology enterprise
- Exercise independent judgment on financial and performance resource management
- Manage departmental support services in compliance with policies
- Aid in developing a functional space plan for efficient operations
- Supervise clinical and support staff directly, indirectly overseeing all department employees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare or business administration
- 5+ years leading Radiation Oncology services in a hospital setting
- Experience as a Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, or Radiation Oncology Trained RN
- Deep understanding of Radiation Oncology and related services
- Strong leadership and operations skills
- Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies
- Proficient in business planning and financial analysis
