Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an organizational quality and patient safety framework for the organization.
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Lead a large team consisting of clinical and non-clinical team members with the responsibility of development and oversight of Quality & Patient Safety strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the identification of meaningful overall organizational quality data and measurements, ensuring they are reported and shared through reports, presentations, and education.
  • Develop overall department budget to complement strategic directions within existing fiscal constraints.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business preferred.
  • Three (3) years of relevant leadership and management experience within a health‑system setting preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within 18 months of role acceptance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality, quality improvement methodologies, principles, tools, and workload measurement; and evidence‑based patient safety practices.

Qualifications

Full time 40hrs M-F days.
