Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and performance monitoring across the organization
- Integrate strategic quality initiatives that drive excellence in care and regulatory adherence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality functions in key committees
- Oversee FPPE and OPPE processes, leading audits, and ensuring compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies
- Manage the Quality department's daily operations, including staff supervision, budget oversight, and strategic planning

Qualifications
- Education and Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in health care quality. Current licensure in field of healthcare. Degree if applicable. Graduate of a nationally or regionally accredited bachelor's program in a healthcare field.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in nursing. Master's degree in nursing. 3 years of management principles, patient safety, risk management, physician credentialing and Joint Commission elements of performance experience.
