Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive plant quality across Distribution/Re‑pack, Injection Molding, and Wire Harness Manufacturing operations.
• Provide strategic quality leadership and support to three local manufacturing plants in Coudersport, Wellsboro, and McElhattan, PA.
• Directly manage a team of 3 Senior Quality Engineers with 5 indirect reports (IDR) rolling up into the organization.
• Lead resolution of all quality issues, including corrective actions, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Manage defective parts disposition and supplier quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality documentation processes including PPAP, APQP, and P‑FMEAs.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering preferred; equivalent work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role will be considered.
• Background in automotive manufacturing required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a quality management leadership role.
