Responsibilities
Oversee purchasing operations: Plan, direct, and manage all procurement activities to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
Manage supplier relationships: Lead the RFP and bid process, obtain competitive bids, and negotiate optimal pricing and terms with vendors.
Control inventory levels: Ensure appropriate stock levels to meet operational needs.
Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
