Director of Provider Engagement

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Provider Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee provider engagement strategy for a remote care organization focused on Medicare Advantage performance and value-based partnerships. The role is responsible for guiding a team that supports provider relationships, quality improvement, and measurable performance outcomes across the network. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external provider organizations to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and patient-focused results. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,900 – $191,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 13 Provider Engagement associates Establish team strategy and operating processes Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members Foster a culture of accountability and provider-centric engagement Monitor performance against key performance indicators Build relationships with value-based provider partners Represent the organization at provider meetings and strategic discussions Develop strategies to improve Medicare Star Ratings and quality performance Qualifications 7+ years in managed care, provider relations, healthcare operations, or quality improvement 5+ years of experience in people leadership and team development Experience with provider groups and healthcare organizations In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage operations and performance management Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and risk adjustment Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with presentation experience to leadership Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Generous paid time off policy Paid parental and caregiver leave Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance Personal and professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
