Associate Director, Provider Engagement

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Provider Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide provider engagement efforts that strengthen value-based care performance, quality outcomes, and contract execution across a healthcare organization. The position will set direction for outreach and relationship management initiatives while partnering closely with internal teams to align strategy and operational priorities. You will also help ensure provider feedback informs continuous process improvement and stronger participation in care and payment arrangements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually Responsibilities Establish policies and procedures for the provider engagement team Develop engagement strategies to enhance quality measures and participation in payment arrangements Execute provider outreach campaigns in collaboration with internal teams Monitor provider feedback to improve internal processes Track team performance against KPIs and contractual commitments Collaborate with internal partners to align planning and strategy Onboard and train new team members Qualifications Must reside in Illinois Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of experience in managed care operations, with a focus on value-based payment and quality improvement Experience with Illinois Medicaid MCO contract standards Strong relationship management skills 2+ years of leadership experience partnering with senior leadership Proficiency in quality improvement and analysis of metrics such as HEDIS Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off including holidays and parental leave Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance and comprehensive wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
