Director of Property Accountability (Part-Time)

About the role

Serves as a property officer, trains employees, and monitors assigned work activities in the warehouse and central receiving.

Responsibilities

• Trains employees and monitors assigned work activities
• Serves as a property officer
• Assigns and assists with work involved with location, verifying and tagging University property
• Discards of obsolete furniture and equipment
• Affixes and assists with preparation of internal and annual property reports
• Works with state auditor on property audits
• Orders goods for office usage

Qualifications

• Business related field is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Demonstrate leadership, supervisory, and planning abilities
