About the role

The Director of Project Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of capital renovation projects within the Real Estate division of Price Brothers. This includes strategic planning, budget management, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of capital renovation projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial goals.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines and milestones, working closely with other departments to align project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to maintain project integrity and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team to integrate project outcomes with long-term property management strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
